4. Commitment to Action

Review the Action Plan that you have been developing over the four sessions of this Workshop.   Reflecting on the goals you have set and the actions you have accomplished, reflect on the areas of anti-racist work that you find most gratifying and where you can make your most significant contributions.  With that in mind, along with what you have learned in this Workshop, develop some longer term actions to which are willing to commit.  As with all goals, make them concrete, measurable, and realistic.  Share those goals with your Action Plan partner and give each other feedback.  Fill out the last section of your Action Plan.
